Winery
All our grapes are vinified at the estate. The wide range of varieties in our vineyard gives us an endless source of wine styles and blends. To create this diversity, we work with two winemaking facilities, allowing us to isolate individual varieties and plots as much as possible.
Our first, historic winery is in the village of Pouzolles, where we make the vast majority of our white and rosé wines and some of our reds, using modern stainless-steel tanks with precise temperature control.
The second winery is in the village of Margon and was completely renovated in 2014. Here, we vinify the majority of our red wines in small, next-generation concrete tanks, ideally suited for parcel selection.
We bottle all our wines ourselves at the estate.

Barrel cellar
Since 2001 Domaine de l'Arjolle has owned a semi-underground barrel cellar in Pouzolles, housing over 1,000 oak barrels. These barrels are made from wood sourced from the best forests in France, specially selected for the ageing of the estate’s finest white and red wines. Our barrel cellar's architecture and design combine aesthetic and architectural precision.
Around a third of our wines are aged in this cellar for six to 12 months, with each grape variety aged separately. The remaining wines are aged exclusively in tank. Depending on the range, our wines are made with tank ageing (Équilibre and F ranges), barrel ageing (Arlequin and Paradoxe ranges), or a combination of both (Équinoxe and Étonnants).
