Where character meets elegance
Whether crafted as a blend of two grapes (Viognier–Sauvignon and Cabernet–Syrah) or as a single varietal (Chardonnay, Merlot and Pinot Noir), the wines of the Équinoxe range are neither light nor heavy, but refined, elegant, and remarkably aromatic.
The grapes are harvested around the autumn equinox, at optimal ripeness, with plenty of natural freshness and expressive aromas. After fermentation, the wines are aged partly in tank, partly in older oak barrels, balancing youthful vibrancy with gentle maturation. This is where character meets elegance.
