Our alcohol-free range reflects our commitment to offering high-quality alcohol-free wines - white, rosé and red, tank-aged or lightly oaked - as well as alcohol-free sparkling wines, Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, crafted by winemakers.
As vignerons, we strive to be pioneers - not just in terms of varieties, blends and wines, but also in alcohol-free wines – and we have developed our extensive expertise since 2019, when we launched our very first dealcoholised wines.
Our approach is simple: we begin with wine, which is then gently dealcoholised (we do not tweak grape juice to imitate wine). The quest for quality starts with the base wine, because excellent results require excellent ingredients. Using vacuum distillation, we dealcoholise carefully selected wines to arrive at an alcohol content of 0.0%.
